Hudson Village Theatre’s Annual Pantomime is Back Again And We Need You!
Fill out the form below and maybe you can be a part of the year’s production…
The year’s Pantomime runs from December 11, 2026 to January 4, 2027.
Auditions for Panto will take place from FRIDAY, JUNE 26 to SUNDAY, JUNE 28.
Alice In Wonderland
Young Alice, bored of the books with no pictures on the river bank, follows a cheeky white rabbit (with terrible timekeeping) down a rabbit hole and into a place like no place on Earth…Wonderland! But all is not well in this curious place for it is the Queen of Hearts’ un-birthday party and the wicked Knave has a plot to steal the jam tarts! With the help of the Duchess, a sassy Cheshire Cat and the maddest of Hatters, will Alice be able to save Wonderland? And why is a raven like a writing desk?
Find out in the pantomime that’ll leave you shouting “Callooh! Callay!”

Notes:
1) All roles are open to actors of any identity or age. However, we will ensure that age-appropriate casting is observed. Specifically, roles that involve more mature or age-sensitive content will be cast with actors of an appropriate age, in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all performers.
2) If you choose a role which is required to sing a song, you will be sent by email the new lyrics, the original version, as well as this version without vocals which you will need to sing at your audition (you can have the lyrics with you whilst you sing).
3) You may be offered a role that differs from what you initially envisioned. Please know that this is a reflection of the unique talents we see in you and our belief that you can make a valuable contribution to the success of Alice in Wonderland the Panto, even in a different role. Every part is important, however large or small, and we will be excited about what you bring to the production.
4) You will be measured by the costume team during the audition. This is to allow them to start making the costumes as soon as the casting is completed after the auditions. Please do not assume it means you are automatically getting a role.
5) We are dedicated to creating a fun, inclusive, and polished production within a safe and caring environment. If you are cast, you’ll become part of our Alice in Wonderland Panto family—where every member is valued, supported, and encouraged to shine. Together, through teamwork and creativity, we’ll make something truly magical happen at Hudson Village Theatre.
